A friend of mine told me about this out of the way restaurant on the upper east side. I really wasn't sure about it, but he said he really wanted to go.
Well, I certainly was impressed. The staff was so nice. The owner came over to the table and treated us like family. I got a skirt steak with garlic potatoes. Usually my steak comes back undercooked when I say medium, but this was just perfect. I definitely will be back.
