worse customer service even received in my life.called cab (yellow cab) at 12 noon called back at 1:45 to confirm. i was asked what was my access# what the hell is that I was then told yea u got one agrued me down that i have an access# (not) and then told to call my insurance. i then asked to speak to a supervisor i was put on hold for 10mins hung up on called back and was told that the supervivor said she didnt have time to take my call. this was a regular cab call, i used them all the time but after this i will never utilize their raggedy services again and i will tell everybody i no and dont. horrible service. and ill be reporting them to the BBB....now im late for work more
