I decided to send two dozen red roses to my wife on Valentine's Day from Bartz Viviano. After going to the store and pointing at exactly what I wanted sent all I had to do was wait...or so I had thought. Bartz Viviano decided to deliver pink and yellow roses instead. After buying flowers from them for years I called the store to talk about what happened but was told the manager was to busy to take the call but would call back. I don't understand how time can't be taken by a manager to take a call from a dissatified customer and further don't understand how the manager can choice not to return the call at all. Thinking a break in communication may have occurred I sent a detailed message to them through the Bartz Viviano website. Once again I did not receive a response.
