This company is awful...they are unfair and unrealistic.
My contract stated that I could back out of the contract if I could not find homeowners insurance for under $2500. I obtained 3 quotes which all had about the same replacement value, but they stated that they did not feel the quotes were accurate and were not going to refund my earnest.
I have no control over what the insurance companies determine the replacement value is...how can they just say too bad, we don't like your quotes.
Stay away !!!!
