Although my annual service charge was always included in my monthly balanced billing payment, this year the bill says, "...not included in your balanced billing..." and SOS is demanding my $400.00 regular payment PLUS a $351.42 "non-budget amount". This is unfair, and I CANNOT pay it! After being a customer for some 15 years I expect some understanding! I will have to see if this can be paid from the overage in my account. I don't know what I will do if they refuse and demand the extra payment. What colossal gall! I really don't mind if you tell them who I am. I will be calling them soon on this matter.
