After calling back because the cab was then outside of the 20-minute arrival window, basic information was exchanged since I figured it would assist in looking up in the computer cab position or some such. When it was obvious that I was calling back, the response was, ""You should have told me this was a call back. The cab is on its way"" and hung up. Really?
I guess it was my fault for assuming they had some sort of system by which to know where the cabs were so they could reassure *customers* that, ""Oh, I see -- sorry, it looks like the cab hit a bit of traffic on its way to get you, it'll be another two or so minutes."" That would be what GOOD companies do. Do not mistake Jimmy's Cab for a GOOD company.
Jimmy's does NOT deserve your business. They deserve a swift kick in the @#$ and a lesson in not only basic manners but Business 101. My only regret is that with City Search, I can't leave a zero star review.
