I called yesterday and talked to the ""office manager"", we got me all setup for classes. I specifically told her to charge me on 2 different cards, it seemed easy enough. But not for her, she instead called me telling me that I had an overpayment...I cleared it up for her and she seemed annoyed. I'm sorry...she made the error. I let it go; 24hours passed and had not heard back from anyone about my driving lesson start date. I called the office and John answered my call...another rude person. I explained to him that it should not take so long to schedule me for some classes...I had already paid half my bills. He rudely responded with...the girl will call you when she can. I thought I was the customer - giving YOU money. I expect nothing but professionalism.
The ""office manager"" called me back and gave me the two (terrible) options for 5hour class dates. Weds from 5pm to 10pm or Sats 12pm to 5pm. Neither date worked for me. She proceeded to lie and said that she had already told me this and why was I surprised. Long story short....she raised her voice, we went back and forth. I requested a refund and now she didn't know how to do that....interesting enough she knew how to charge my card. Either way, as of now I am waiting for this so called ""john"" to call me back and give me a refund.
These people should NOT be in business. I will report them to the better business bureau and spread the word about how horrible these people are.
