Geez, 4 (nearly 5) years of pure hassles and headaches from 3 different alarm companies trying to correct an original mistake from the old Brinks alarm co. Finally, Jeremy from Smith Thmompson fixed it in about 20 minutes!!! I am not believing this, the guy comes out and finds it in seriously about 15 minutes! Very relieved and quite happy to recommend them to. Been wanting to lose the land line too and now I can since theirs doesn't need one. Was expecting a load of extra fees as well, but none, just the normal rate they advertise.I'm sold in Coppell.
