This bank chain is the worst! 12 or 15 years ago I would have had a different opinion as my hometown bank was the best before being linked up with this horrible chain. You make an error and it is your fault, no pity, no understanding.....ok But then THEY make an error!!!! NO ownership no apology no anything. But a thanks for being understanding.
They will happily charge you a fee for anything, change the account terms of the type of account you have and charge fees for that.
They say they have an emphasis on customer service... Yeah not the case. It is customer service in the sense that they will email you back at the speed of light a bunch of crap you didn't ask for ignore the issue and finish with have a nice day..... Whatever! My family has banked with them for over 50 years and they have had enough as well.
