I can't speak for how well they move their things, but I called for information and spoke twice to an individual named ""Ray"" who said he was the manager. He refused to give me an in-home estimate because I am planning a local move. When I asked for a binding, not-to-exceed estimate, his response was, ""we don't do that, so if you don't want to go with us, that's your choice.""
Clearly, they don't want your business...I was perfectly nice on the phone and he was snide and disinterested. My request was not unreasonable - getting estimates is standard practice in this field.
I will be going with a different company and recommend you do as well.
