NEGATIVE 5 STARS!! The worst customer service I have honestly ever recieved!! Not only did they withhold options for fixing my phone, they were completely rude. I felt like a nuisance both times I've ever set foot in the store. Next time I have a problem, it will be worth the drive to go elsewhere!
