Very poor customer service 2/8/2012

The customer service and sales department at Xtreme is very poor. I paid $43 for a set of replacement remotes for my Viper alarm system on Friday afternoon and was told that they would be ready for pickup on Monday afternoon. I called on Monday, and they weren't there but was promised a return call. The call had not been returned by Tuesday, so I called back and got the sales manager who promised that they would be in by lunch on Wednesday. I specifically asked if I needed to call beforehand, and he said that he was personally taking care of it. more
