At this dentist my mother was seen on time, which is a very big deal for me because she tends to fall asleep in waiting rooms. I guess I sometimes do to, but I know that sitting in a waiting chair for too long is especially uncomfortable for her. Having her name called when it was supposed to be called was great.
Well, we certainly were at the right place because more than their punctuality, the personnel here was nice and affable and went about their job in a top notch way. Terms we were unfamiliar with were explained and they tried to make us as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. I?m giving them two A+?s: one from my mother and one from me.
