They seemed very knowledgeable and professional. They had me send my external drive. They charge a $150 processing fee to see if they can do anything; if not, they say they'll send back your drive (at your expense of course). If they can recover data, it's $700 for my 1.5 TB external drive. Foolishly, I sent the full $700 up front. They got the drive, confirmed it was too far gone to recover anything,and agreed to send back my drive (and an additional back-up drive I sent them). No word for 60 days. Finally I filed Better Business Bureau and Consumer complaints. They sent me back the busted drive, and the back-up, but not the $550 balance. It's been three months.
