Said an hour, that's fine and stated why I was in a time crunch so keep me posted when heading in my direction. Gets within a mile ALMOST TWO HOURS later, calls me. I explain AGAIN my time problem and now I can't guarantee I'll make it back on time so I have to cancel - HUNG UP ON ME MID-SENTENCE! Guess what Dan, I'll speak to Rick but don't expect anything else from our facility for sure! We're going to find someone else as this isn't the first time I've heard of the issue. Last week, had a new guy who was fantastic and would use him anytime. This 'Dan' guy? I'd rather get stuck in the pouring rain waiting for City Yellow because I expect to get it up the wazoo at least. Try anyone and everyone else FIRST!
