I have been a Briarcliff customer for 20 years. In that time I was satisfied with their service. However, my dog got sick in early Februaryl...I was very worried. From the moment I stepped in to the Braiarcliff/Emory area office I was treated with little customer service. The staff was new and impersonal. I felt like they were contantly trying to upsell me on different tests and X-rays, II felt like an illegal alien trying to get help at Grady Hospital!
