I visited Blackie's because I needed to fix a set of headphones that I lost the receipt for. In a pair of Sennheiser HD 428s, one side of the headphones stopped working. I brought it in for repair and Blackie's identified that it had a busted jack, then replaced it within two weeks for around $25. The quality is the same, if not better, and the jack is now sturdier than ever.
