I hired Mr. John Tidwell of Tidwell's TV Repair Service to repair a 52 inch television in my living room on 11/15/11 that was having power problems and wouldn't turn on. He originally quoted me $100 to fix it, but added another $20 to his fee for ""extra parts"" about 40 minutes after his arrival. I was expecting out of town guests for much of the upcoming holiday season and was so grateful for his help, I added a $5 tip.
