I had my beige microfiber couch and loveseat cleaned Saturday. The tech was polite and performed service as requested. They items were wet when he left so results were not able to be seen. Once they were dry I couldn't even see a difference at all, now mind you this is microfiber which is very resilient and I can pretty much get them spotless with soap and water mind you, but I simply don't have the time. It almost seems as if they merely sprayed them with water and vacuumed it up. I would like a refund or a serious re-do. I am about to call and I will update my post with the results.
