Pappashop has gone downhill with their customer service. They do not have a phone number to call and take all their inquiries by email which can take at least 24 hours for a response. This is no good when your website needs immediate attention. Their emails also always seem to have a rude, snotty tone to them, like they don't want to be answering your question/concern. I will be switching as soon as I have the time to transfer an entire website to another host. more
