I am of suing Dan Reagin because I paid him up front to get some work done and he drew a landscape plan that was horrendous, and he said it costs $23,000. He said the money I gave him initially would be used towards whatever work I decided to have him do. I called him about getting work done and he stated that the money I paid him was for the landscape plan that he came up with. I guess he forgot that he gave me a receipt which stated that I would get the money back in the form of work.
I wish I could give him 0 stars.
