Injured worker went into pharmacy in obvious pain and was told that his claim was closed. Rather than calling the employer or the insurance company to find out what the problem was, they let the patient leave with no meds. I called neighbooring pharmacy (Rite-Aid) who had the medicine in the patients hands within 15 minutes.
