When I had twins in September, I was given 2 adorable sweaters from the Moppet Shoppe. As the weather never got cold, we never got out, and they grew exponentially, we never got a chance to wear the sweaters. While I considered keeping them for future children, who was to say I wouldnt have an April baby and not need sweaters at the 3 month point. I had hoped to exchange them for something larger they could really wear. The tags were still on, but the lady at the store said that they were out of season(they were classic childrens sweaters that will never go out of style), and that they could not take them back. Maybe they thought I wanted the money and they would be losing money, but in actuality, they will be losing money, because I will never shop there, and will spread the word to everyone I know. I can get just as nice things at a lower price, with better customer service elsewhere.
