This is by far the worst job experience ever. These people, especially, April Davis and Dorothy Hurt are so manipulative.
They have a guy in the office that runs background checks on new hires but; it appears that he is more nosey than anything. I overheard April talking about a current employee that wanted a position that would pay more money for one of their clients offices. April told her co worker to tell the current, temp employee that a credit check would need to be run on her for the particular job, it was then stated that,"" that should keep the current, temp employee from asking about this position again"".... what a shame...lame tactics. They wanna place certain people in the low paying jobs and ridiculous rules and conditions.... I was totally shocked at the unprofessional demeanor exhibited by this Winston Salem Office. I would recommend an honest agency that does not try to manipulate people the way that they do. An investigation needs to be done on the office staff and the way they conduct business. I also had to change my phone number after dealing with these crooks due to them trying to listen in on my conversations.... once again nosey...... Go elsewhere, they have low wages compared to other agencies! They are not confidential at all, Dorothy elevates her voice so loud that everybody knows your business and your assignment. Paperwork is laid out where it can be seen by anyone sitting at their round, dirty table near the front desk. They ask temp employees to protect the privacy of their clients but; they don't protect our privacy! Be Aware and go elsewhere!
