I am a bride to be and had a great experience with Davids Bridal in Arlington. When I went with my bridesmaid to the Mesquite location our consultant was rude, made us pick up our own dresses from the rack and was more helpful to another consultant's customer.
A month later when my bridesmaid went back to pick up and pay off her dress, she was overlooked and treated horribly. I had to call the manager and complain and we worked out a way for the dress to be shipped to my friend's house so that she never had to step foot in there again.
IF YOU MUST CHOOSE A DAVIDS BRIDAL, AVOID THE MESQUITE/RUDEST LOCATION.
