I came to this salon once about six months ago and just found out that the owner was talking about me behind my back & sharing my personal information. She was unaware that the client she was doing & gossiping with works with me & is a good friend of mine. I am disgusted to think that a grown woman, a business owner in the ""service"" industry, a mother, is capable of being so unfulfilled in her own life & so driven by vindictive petty highschool caddiness that she would be cruel & lack any amount of conscience. I am pissed! I only went here once & didn't even like my haircut. I saw an old neighbor during my appointment & we did take a minute to catch up but it is unclear to me how this conversation was used against me. I will never know all the details but I do know that Kim is the owner & she was extremely inappropriate & unprofessional. WOW!!! Shame on you Kim!!!
