My husband ordered me Valentine's Day flowers and they were awful. The ugliest bouquet I have seen. None of the flowers were open and they added ""filler"" flowers that were so bad.
When I called to talk to them about it they stated that my husband got way more than what he paid for and then said there was nothing she could do to fix it.
Then she hung up on me.
Horrible customer service and even worse floral arrangements. Don't ever use this company.
