I bought a watch on 25%sale. It was a leather white (mix and match) with a steal square dial. Its very basic model. I noticed that the battery was not working after getting home. As we dont have fossil stores nearby, I went to fairoaks to claim it. They said it would charged me 12$ to fix a new battery as they are not the outlet stores. I am not sure if fossil has different agreements with outlets and stores. Its not about money, its about ethics. Its very disappointing with the customer service. I have to go back to this store again which would charge me 20$. I would never suggest anybody to Fossil outlet as the seller doesnt care.
