Visited office and took care of paperwork to get repairs done - 4 times I called to get a status update and was told estimator would call me back - estimator never called me - 5 weeks later I finally get estimator on the phone (my call) - he says he must have a wrong claim number but never tried to called me to solve problem.
Fancy website, nice looking shop but completely unprofessional service.
