Cinco gets better every time I visit ! Everytime I walk in something new is always going on. The owners are always updating this old antique building, offering a dish that is not even on the menu. The one really cute female manager gave me a lesson on wine and tequila! These are the most hospitable people. I tried their ""civeche"" (marinated fish) and am hooked. Attention restaurant managers in this area, go take a lesson from the best! I can't wait till ""cinco de mayo""
