Took our cell phone in because the ringer wouldn't work. Tedd said no problem he would fix it using parts he has on hand. Called two weeks later and he lost our phone. Wanted to replace it with another phone. Told him I would have to talk with my husband, and within a couple of hours Tedd called back and said they found our phone. In the process he lost the phone's case - which we had just purchased there two weeks before we brought the phone in for repair. Told him I expected a replacement at his expense, and an hour later he called back to say he found the case. We picked up the phone before they could lose it again - and two weeks later the ringer stopped working again.
More annoying than anything is Tedd's kid -- who keeps running around and getting in customers' way and interrupting other sales people who are dealing with customers.
We now deal with another store.
