What I have seen in this Walmart is that the employees handle things very efficiently. I shop at this store all the time. The employees are courteous and well informed. I do want to mentioned that I was recently there and there were not enough checkers. It was 9pm and because the lines were so long, it hindered me from an important call I needed to make. I had stood in the line so long and it was too noisey in the store to make a proper phone call to a needful contact. Even the express lanes were backed up about 10 people deep. It was a long wait and this should NEVER occur in a Walmart store. That is my only complaint about this store. They need to always have sufficient staff in place so customers are not inconvenienced in that way. Sometimes one of the self check outs are not operational. That can happen but it seems to happen more than it should. Maybe it's because it's such a busy store. I'm sure all are busy but this one is always busy, night and day, irregardless of what time it is.
Overall I like the store and I like the employees. They have always been very helpful to me with returns or any question I've had. Even going out of their way to help customers.
