CPS is Crap!!! I have never missed a payment. I have 2 accounts that were purchased from Fireside Bank. I usually make my payments over the phone(Free for colorado residents)....frequently I have had to wait up to an hour on hold before speaking to a person. When you do finally reach someone they are ALWAYS rude. I have asked several time to speak with a supervisor and strangly enough there is never one on shift. Several times after making payments I have been charged a fee $12.00 and then the harassing phone calls start. I had to spend 30 min on the phone with them yelling and demanding payment on an account that was current. After they realized that they had made the mistake....Still no appoligy. Avoid CPS if at all possible.
