Time and again their hostess 'Jade' has been curt, rude, and as far from helpful as they get. Twice I've had to speak to a manager just to get information on whether or not they accept walk-ins for the evening.
Wanted to spend Valentine's Day with my girlfriends at the bar and she deceivingly told me they were triple booked. For the bar? Her reply was that every single last seat in the house was booked. Called back to speak to a manager and low and behold they happily accept walk-ins for the evening and that bar seating is available.
This place has great potential if they could get their management AND staff on the same wavelength.
Also, the menu has some kinks. Cupcakes are mediocre at best, the hookah's burn quickly and bruschetta changes every time I come.
Major Plus: Most items on the menu are delicious, extremely relaxed and cool atmosphere and the drink menu is strong.
