I bought a package of 6 microderms/peels. Have had 6 different employees! The technicians are ALWAYS quitting. The turn over is ridiculous. They are all very nice but it would be great to have the same person get to know your skin. Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and schedule an appointment. You leave a message and no one calls you back. Then when you do finally get a hold of someone they can't find an appointment for over a month away. They can't keep any records so there is always a discrepancy with how many services in the package are left. I made an appointment, showed up and they realized the appointment was made for 2am NOT 2pm, had to reschedule. There are WAYYY too many fantastic places to go to for peels and microderms. Prime example of you get what you pay for.
