Just bought 2 new-for-me blouses at Cream of the Crop yesterday. Luckily, they were open because they have very limited hours (Afternoon hours only, Tuesday-Saturday). They also take clothes on consignment. They are very picky, to the shoppers benefit. Service is great. Selection is wonderful. Just not a very big store.
