There should be an option for 0 stars. This place used to be a joy to get your Nissan serviced but the last couple of times I have been, I have received nothing but a bad attitude. The customer service reps stand behind the counters and act like you are begging them to service your car instead of treating every paying customer with respect and courtesy. The last time I went, I spent several hundreds getting work done on my car and I got a bad attitude from the general manager. Today, I went in for a simple service and the guy acted as if the additional work he performed on my car (without any prior authorization) that he charged me for was him doing me a favor instead of violating business practice (if not the law). If Nissan decides to reinstate the automated surveys, I will gladly report Rockland Nissan for their bad customer service. The work they performed is fine but it comes at a cost....your sanity and respect.
