I took my wife, who was ill, to the walk -in clinic (it would take months to get an appointment). We waited for more than two hours while walk-ins who had arrived after us were seen. When I tried to get an explanation I got only weak apologies. When the clinic closing time approached, we finally gave up and left. I also tried to talk to the patient advocate, but that office was closed. If you need medical help, this is not the place to get it.
