I have been using Best Cleaners for several years now and overall have had a decent experience. I had one issue about a year ago where the silk quilt I had dry cleaned was returned with several stains and was covered in dirt. Best Cleaners recleaned the quilt twice, and the stains were removed. I recently dropped off clothing to be dry cleaned and found that one of the sweaters had a hole in it when I picked it up that was not there before. Best Cleaners asked to try to repair the hole when it was found, which I thought was only fair. I was not happy with the repair of the hole, given it is on the front of the sweater where it is highly visible, and asked that they replace the sweater. I was told the repair was fine and I probably did not notice the hole before dropping it off. I wore this sweater just before dropping it off to be cleaned and would have noticed a nickel sized hole on the front of the sweater. This is a $300 sweater that I now cannot wear, and I am very disappointed Best Cleaners will not reimburse me to replace it.
