The owner has tried for years to convince us to leave Jarrells Recycling. He told us that ""he didn't care even if he lost money"". However, when we looked closely at his offer, he was charging us a surcharge for fuel as well as rental fee. Then when I questioned him about this, he became very rude. This guy is a cheat. My advice is to avoid him.
