My wife an I had a terrible experience with this dentist. Monarch seems to be a shopping mall type dentistry with poor organization in appointments and tend to overbook each office, especially the one we went to in Santa Fe. After 2.5 hours of wait both in the waiting room and on the chair, my wife was given a $2,200 list of cavities and cleaning that she had to do, and that's after deductibles and that did not include a routine cleaning that the insurance would have paid for. Clearly, we are not going there again and I would not recommend this office or doctor to anyone. Sorry.
