Roto-Rooter service man, John-2613, was polite and professional.
We live in North Bellmore, Long Island. We had an emergency, sewage backing up in the basement, at 10pm on a Sunday night. All the local plumbers we called had advertisements that said ""24hour service - 365 days a year"". ALMOST NONE of them answered their phones and the ones who did were EXTREMELY rude.
John-2316 came over at 10:30 and got the job done in under an hour. WOW!
We could not have been happier with the service.
I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and particularly their service man, John-2613. A GREAT PLUMBER!
