Horrible service by yanez and his nurse. Not personable at ALL!!! Niether one of them listened to any of my concerns. When I left from surgery, they told me to take motrin for my incision!!! What surgeon (or really his dumb nurse) does that?!?! Probably because I used my insurance and didnt pay full price with cash! Thank god I only have 1 appointment left. its too bad I couldnt find another doctor in this area who takes my insurance. I definitely would have went somewhere else...dont use them unless this is your last resort, there are many other plastic surgeons and dermotologists that will treat you better wether or not youre a cash-paying patient or use your insurance. It seems they only care about patients that want plastic surgery and not the patients who are there for real medical attention. Go somewhere else so you dont have to deal with the snotty, stuck up money hungry doctor and his staff.
