the online ordering system is possibly the worst i have ever used. i hope you will never need customer service!!! my opinion comes from a three day feat to order parts that my local store had and five hours on the phone over the course of all that to only have to go to store anyways and then when you need to return something you better make sure you have your same card and be prepared to wait a week to get your money back. funny how you get parts and have to pay for them before you get them and then have to go through alot of troubles and still have to wait that long to even return an item. i do not reccommend the online ordering, they pass the buck on all the problems and screwed up my account by changing my emails and passwords on there computers at the main office without even asking if they could. and now i couldnt order through them if i even wanted to since all my info is hidden now. what a messed up place and terrible terrible service.
