Dr. Gillis seems knowledgeable in his area and has a friendly disposition. However, he doesn't seem willing to take responsibility for his work. After I had a crown put in, I experienced on-going pain. Even though he instructed me to return to his office if the pain persisted, he was unable to find the problem and charged me for this visit. There was a previous problem with billing that went back and forth and I'm still waiting for a refund that should have been returned months ago. There are other dentists who are just as knowledgeable who cost less and take responsibility for their work. I won't go back to him again.
