Plumbers need more training. They do not give enough information to customers. I do not know anything about plumbing and the plumbers did not explain the parts that we need well. Because of this, our garage flooded due to our water heater that one of their plumbers installed because of a part that was missing. The plumber failed to tell us about this part that we needed.
