Worst experience ever living/renting with this company. I used to be a leasing agent in Missouri. I should have known that things were a little fishy. When I originally moved in I had to rent a hotel room for three weeks because they hadn't gotten my place ready yet, there was also no hot water. We made a complete list of things that needed to be fixed. I still have the list and only two items were crossed off it in the year that I lived there. I had plants growing through my walls and they didn't fix the holes, they just pulled out the plants. I ended up moving early. I gave them 30 days notice and my forwarding address. I never received a billing statement or a phone call until I received numerous TEXT messages telling me that he was going to SERVE me at work in front of all of my co-workers. I looked at the rent online they had posted it at $550 dollars. The day my lease ended it dropped down to $400. Need I say scam? There are plenty of good people in Sedalia to rent from. Do your research, don't rent from Rac-Jac. Their maintenance is a joke also.
