their customer service is the worst. I always use a certain office that is supposed to be closest to us the web site even says so. well this time they got rude and told me they can't pick us up, but it has never been a problem before. instead they are sending us to a different office and then told me that the class car we want will most likely not be available there because it's a smaller office. seriously this is really sad. I will never be using this company again!
