They do random unit-by-unit inspections on a near monthly basis- units are nice, but management is difficult to deal with- definitely planning to move soon.
Also the parking spaces are insanely small- I drive a compact. My neighbors who drive SUVs can't fit- can you imagine finding a parking spot when the average resident drives an SUV and takes up 2 spaces?
Move here only if you enjoy bureaucratic brain damage.
