I rented a car from State College in December for 10 days. I extended my rental at the end of this time for a further week. This was on the same terms and an extension of my 10 day rental. A mistake was made charging me for a full tank of gas and I did not expect to get the overcharge back easily as I live in the UK. I just spoke to one of the customer relations team called "Stella Jackson" and she is a gem. She got my refund done so quickly I could not believe it. Good company and easy to deal with staff. Well done and thanks.
